Return window
You have 30 days from delivery to request a return or an exchange.
Eligibility
Items must be unused, in good condition and in their original packaging.
How to request a return
Email support@niverapets.shop with your order number and the reason. We reply with return instructions within 1 business day.
Refund process
Once the returned item is received and inspected, the refund is issued to the original payment method.
Damaged products
Send photos of the item and the packaging together with your order number and we'll arrange a replacement or a refund.
Wrong item received
Contact support with your order number and a photo of what arrived. We cover the return and send the correct item.
