Where do you ship and how much does it cost?
We ship throughout the United States. Shipping is free on orders over $35; below that, rates and delivery estimates appear at checkout before you pay.
What is your return policy?
You have 30 days from delivery to request a return or exchange for items in good condition with their original packaging. See the Returns & exchanges page for the full process.
How can I contact support?
Message our support team Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm ET. We answer every message within 1 business day.
Which payment methods do you accept?
All major credit cards, Apple Pay and Shop Pay, processed through Shopify's secure checkout.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Contact support as soon as possible. If the order hasn't shipped yet, we can usually update or cancel it.
How do I track my order?
You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as the package leaves our fulfillment partner.
